We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Items must be returned in the original packaging.
Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. You must provide an unboxing video as proof of the defect. Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to process your claim.
Unboxing Video Requirement
We strongly recommend that all customers record an unboxing video when receiving their package. This serves as evidence in case of any issues with your order, such as missing items or damaged products. The video should clearly show:
- The sealed package before opening
- The process of opening the package
- All items received in the package
- Any damage or defects found
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
